Chicago activations
The Midwest's convention capital and one of its best event towns — McCormick floors by day, Fulton Market brand dinners by night, and a lakefront festival summer.
Chicago hosts the country’s biggest trade floors and treats them with appropriate seriousness: union halls, scheduled freight, certificates for everything. Our crew speaks that language fluently — which is half the reason brands bring us along. The other half is what happens after the floor closes: River North launches, Fulton Market dinners, and a summer lakefront that turns the whole city into festival grounds. We’ve run shirts through dryers backstage at tour pop-ups here while the city name dried on every back.

Where we print in Chicago
- McCormick Place — the booth-traffic arms race of the national shows, where a working press beats another LED wall every time.
- Fulton Market & the West Loop — brand dinners, showroom launches, and agency events in the city’s densest hospitality corridor.
- River North & the Mag Mile — retail pop-ups and flagship moments built for shopping foot traffic.
- The United Center & stadium calendar — suite hospitality and fan activations around game nights and arena tours.
- The lakefront festival season — sponsor tents and artist merch from Grant Park’s festival weekends to neighborhood street fests.
Two seasons, two playbooks
Winter Chicago is indoor Chicago: ballrooms, showrooms, and convention halls where the corporate playbook runs exactly as drawn. Summer flips the city outdoors, and festival builds need weather-rated gear and surge staffing — both standard kit for us. Either season, freight and union schedules reward early planning: get the brief in three-plus weeks ahead for the big floors, and we’ll handle the paperwork that makes McCormick mornings boring.
