Las Vegas activations
More convention square footage than anywhere in the hemisphere, and every booth fighting for the same attendee. Vegas is where a working press earns its keep.
Vegas is a four-hour drive from our Fullerton shop, which makes it the easiest travel market on our map — the road cases ride the 15 instead of a freight manifest, and the crew arrives the night before your move-in slot. That matters in a city where show schedules are merciless and drayage mistakes cost booths their opening morning. We treat Vegas like an extension of home turf with one extra line on the quote: a travel fee, stated up front.

Where we print in Vegas
- The big three floors — the Las Vegas Convention Center, the Venetian Expo, and Mandalay Bay’s convention center, each with its own union, dock, and power rhythm we already know.
- Strip hotel ballrooms — corporate summits and award nights from the south Strip to Fontainebleau, where polish requirements match our ballroom playbook.
- Allegiant Stadium & arena events — hospitality suites and fan zones around game and fight weekends.
- Off-Strip creative venues — the Arts District and immersive-entertainment complexes hosting launches that want a press inside the experience.
Vegas-specific advice
Book against the show calendar, not ours: during the monster January and spring shows, crew and hotel capacity citywide evaporates — three-plus weeks of lead time buys you first pick. Exhibitors should order booth power (two 120V/20A drops) with their show services early; it’s cheaper before the deadline, and it’s the only thing we need from the form. Everything else — presses, blanks, crew, layout for a 10×20 — rolls in with us. Send your show dates and we’ll build the booth plan into the quote.
