San Francisco activations
Keynote city. When the year's biggest product announcements happen blocks from Moscone, the brands around them need experiences that match the moment.
San Francisco events skew launch-shaped: developer conferences, funding-round parties, product reveals where the audience has seen every booth trick twice. What still works on that crowd is authenticity with craft in it — a real press, real ink, a design menu that treats the attendee like they have taste. Tech audiences also adore personalization: a DTF station pressing handles and team names onto hoodies has out-pulled the open bar at more than one SoMa afterparty.

Where we print in SF
- Moscone & the Yerba Buena blocks — conference booths and the satellite events that ring every major keynote week.
- SoMa & the warehouse circuit — launch parties and developer meetups in converted industrial venues with freight access our cases appreciate.
- Mission Bay — arena-adjacent hospitality at Chase Center events and the biotech campus calendar around it.
- Fort Mason & the waterfront — festival pavilions and art-fair pop-ups where the press joins the programming.
- The Embarcadero & FiDi — corporate lobbies and Ferry Building–adjacent brand moments built for commuter footfall.
Production notes for the Bay
SF venues are vertical: freight elevators, mezzanines, and historic-building load-ins are the norm, so we route every case path in advance — tell us the venue and we’ve probably already measured its elevator. Fog-belt evenings turn outdoor activations cold fast; hoodies and crewnecks outperform tees here, and we’ll weight the garment buy accordingly. For conference-season weeks, the trade-show playbook applies in full. Send the brief with your event week and we’ll confirm crew availability inside 24 hours.
